The Vestry of Emmanuel for 2009 was formally installed by Dr. David Smith, Vicar, during the Service of Holy Eucharist on Sunday, January 18th. As part of their installation, vestry members pledged to "faithfully and reverently execute the duties of [their] ministry to the honor of God, and the benefit of the members of [the] congregation."
