The Collect -

Almighty God, whose blessed apostles Peter and Paul glorified you by their martyrdom: Grant that your Church, instructed by their teaching and example, and knit together in unity by your Spirit, may ever stand firm upon the one foundation, which is Jesus Christ our Lord; who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Chatham Concert Series Returns to Emmanuel July 1st

On Thursday, July 1 at 7pm, the Chatham Concert Series will kick off in-person concerts with a lively program featuring American composers performed by Kevin Matheson, violin and Judith Clark, piano.

The program includes Gershwin’s “Three Preludes” and “An American in Paris,” Copeland’s “Hoe-Down” from Rodeo and Joplin ragtime. Broadway songs by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim and others will leave you with a spring in your step as you join fellow concert fans for the outdoor reception provided by Chatham First.
